IS THEIR NOT TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE STOLEN TVS NOT WORK

Idk but compters have mac addresses i would imagine tvs noadays do and most wouldnt bother to spoof it. For really big thefts I think they can try to track them but usually they are just resold or sold to another nation where they cant get to them as easily criminally
