This is a good find OP. A couple of things I noticed, it mentions point of contact is D.A. Donnelly. D.A. could mean district attorney, as in if you get arrested this is the person that will help. A google search returns a probable hit for Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office. I won't post the person's name as we can't be sure but let's just make note of that connection for future reference.

Second thing I noticed is multiple references to comms coming in on 328bg. A little digging was all it took to find out that's one of the preferred burner phones available in the U.S. Specifically the LG 328bg available here;

Videos on youtube suggesting that for the best one to get. If you dig down on who posted those vids on youtube you may find a connection to the groups using them.
