City police have to take Antifa into custody before night fall if they want to save their city from the destruction they will bring. You have to recognize their clothing and behavior and then target them for arrest as soon as possible.

The two main goals Antifa have are to get the peaceful protesters rile up to where they become rioters instead of simple protesters, and then to start the destruction when the sun goes down.

Antifa squad = Young, white, high energy, hoodie, mask, backpack and work in groups.
They aren’t that hard to spot at the beginning of the protest. They are the ones that start with minor crimes like spraying graffiti and knocking over things or breaking stuff, then they confront the police by getting in their face yelling and taunting them until the police respond by firing tear gas.

The peaceful protestors always say it is the police that start the escalation of their peaceful protest by firing the tear gas, but the police are only responding to Antifa’s escalating violent behavior.
Antifa’s violent actions will embolden many BLM protesters to act in a similar riotous manner, allowing Antifa to back off and work another area once they have the crowd sufficiently worked up.

The police need to be very observant and identify the Antifa members early on in the protest and devise a plan to capture them for any crime on the books. Hold them for a few days before releasing them.
