How the riots will be stopped.

First, do not allow any news media. Detain and arrest any media on scene. Revoke freedom of press during this crisis.

Second, designate a specific area for protest.

Third, set up detainment camps and issue national warning then detain anyone in a riot zone for automatic arrest.

Fourth,when the charter busses leave the scene and cross state line the bus gets pulled over and everyone arrested and charged with the felony.
