THIS IS STRAIGHT OUT OF AGENDA 21, BEHIND THE GREEN MASK[/i], BY Rosa Koire. It is a bit old and many other books out there on Agenda 21 /2030 but this one is very simplistic and easy reading. It talks exactly about this topic and how town meetings and small local towns and governments are being infiltrated for various reasons to suit their agenda. Sometimes it is about real estate or changing land zones or building bike paths but there is always a hidden agenda behind it like all these save the children orgs, that are really trafficking sites. One chapter goes into detail how they actually PLANT a "resident" at town meetings coached to ask a specific question or make specific statement; when this happens the person running the meeting (another plant) responds very favorably and writes it down on the whiteboard as a topic to take on seriously, others are just ignored. I read this book about 10 years ago when our neighborhood in a wealthy New England but small town was fighting for off leash dog parks in the community. Everyone was all riled up of course, dog owners vs. dog haters and property owners close to the parks etc., But after a while I noticed only certain people got attention and affirmation just like in the book. Rosa explains the "technique" they use in these town hall meetings. The hidden Agenda to the dog park was to undo a city plan to build a harbor /dock on the Charles for boating and canoeing along with picnic tables and many other features. Because Agenda 21 is about taking those things away and replacing our cars & boats with bicycles they decided to use the meetings instead for a platform for dog walkers and owners which ultimately turned into building bike paths and the boating docks were canned. Long story I know but I can not emphasize enough to buy this book, buy many and give it to as many people as you can. (amazon sells it) it is cheap and you will love it!
Point being we have to get CONTROL back over our SMALL towns and TOWN MEETINGS and you must be aware of these plants and their tactics as well as the traitors within your own town running these meetings! I can not emphasize strongly enough this point! These infiltrators have much money, tools and training behind their agenda.
