It is up to each Governor to activate the National Guard when this type of civil unrest occurs. We are under attack by the left who are highly organized and get paid to create violence and mayhem. Only when the Governors refuse to act can Trump step in. I suspect next week they are going to go hard after these insurgents. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Marshal Law and the media taken over sometime soon.
