Really not sure what you're looking at dude. That white thing is in the street the ENTIRE VIDEO. It only moves slightly when his foot goes over it. Watch it again whatever that is at 3:31, was in the road THE ENTIRE VIDEO.


As for the other one it's actually at 3:41 when he sits down but it's super hard to tell if he tossed something. I see nothing but a guy moving his hand as he goes down to the ground sitting on them. Weird but not proof of anything.

It is true, he kicks at the white piece of something after leaving the car cuffed. But i clearly see him tossing something like a small cocaine style package out of his hand while sitting.

First one is definitely street trash being footed, the second appears to look quite a bit like a 1/10 gramme heroin waxy.

There's a big white thing on the ground before he comes around. He drops a small white thing that lands about a foot away form the big white thing.

So these officers most likely have it and are spreading it. Lol
