Level 1 -release a virus that takes out mostly the elderly in the infirmed.
Level 2 -have the media hype up the virus causing Global panic and fear.
Level 3 -start a Global Lockdown for an unknown amount of time.
Level 4 -close all small businesses allowing only billion-dollar corporations and Municipal workers to make a living. Hmm?
Level 5 -invoke more fear and division by making people stay six feet apart and wear masks.
Level 6- take away their right to peacefully assemble and freedom of speech through social media editing and government regulations.
Level 7-when anxiety and tension are at their highest, allow the media to ignite a match that will divide the country even further.
Level 8 -completely allow the total Destruction of all major Urban economic areas then refused to open them up without federal bailout money, i.e. holding the rest of the American people hostage.
Level 9-Pass a stimulus plan and start to rebuild all of the destroyed economic areas using only billion-dollar corporations and government workers. Hmm again!
Level 10-now that you've totally destroyed the US and global economy please insert four quarters and press the reset button!!!
