Also I see a big cloud of what looks like breathe moving left to right when the scream happens. If you watch the video very slow at about 26/27s you can also see lights like a ufo

I didn't saw at first this release of condensated water.
You can clearly see it's comming from ground or building level.

i'm not looking further, i think the pressure valve release is really a tempting answer like other forums members sayd.


It's a bit like a fire extinguisher sound + big boy steam engine whistle + some sort of anti turbo lag at the end of burst release.

By the way, there was some explains that are really tempting about eerie sounds all over the world, been tectonite plates movement of some kind.

Did you see the one posted last night that sends a massive thermal pulse? People get really freaked, saying it's like standing in front of a 500 degree oven and you just opened the door. You instinctively run.

There's another one that sense out loud sounds at outrageous decibels to disperse people. Maybe that?

Communications were cut late last night in several cities and they "dispersed" rioters...likely with some of these weapons.

Since the US Airforce was flying over the same area of the sky where the sound is coming from earlier in the day, it's obviously not a 'pressure relief valve'. The sound also wouldn't be clearly coming from the sky.
