there's a chemical plant in town where I grew up and you hear steam venting from time to time. While EXTREMELY loud, it sounds exactly like you'd expect a steam vent to sound. Which is to say, nothing like this.  Exactly. The guy in another video mention he's a mechanic, and he's never heard anything like this before, either. And also, there are no factory's around and no industrial centers.
