I listened to all the videos and first I did not find a large number of people reporting this. That said there are a couple of things to be said

1. Space X just had a launch this could be some residual sound. From docking in space.

2. More likely there were fighter jets in the area hours before video

3. There was some weather event as lightning can be seen in background and the sound followed after lightening streaked the sky.

4. This is not an owl or animal, and it is not from an industrial site.

5. Mostly since it is an event that matches up with fighter jets and lightning it is most likely a weather related military test. The sound is amplified due to location and is the plasma hitting what looks like a tornado attempting to form. Since no weather event reported. It is probably an attempt to control weather modification.
