it's a large underground drill creating resonance because of the change in the substrate's material, like different type of rock and metal. the operators can't hear the resonances coming from the reflection of the atmosphere deep underground. they are making tunnels, for a few reasons, like replenishing gold reserves we gave the annunaki, and cia covered up with 911.

i use to be woken up constantly by the drilling, due to having developed super sensitive hearing from wearing earplugs. it's been going on for a long time. religious people call it the horns of the apocalypse. knowledgable people know it's resonance from something, people whom have experience with "chatter", know it's from some form of large scale grinding. people whom understand there's a cooperation with USG, USM and walmart know all the walmarts are being hooked up to their supply lines, underground.


it's the same for all the other large countries, creating a secure middle infrastructure. it's the idea of why the railroads are not being updated, and why california had it's maglev idea shut down. eventually the population could be mostly down there too, not just the reptillians. something related to why we needed to be make our cities look empty.
