In the video you can see the steam above the van every time it go’s off. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73874903 [link to mobile.twitter.com (secure)] I wish people would research before posting threads. Why is this thread still pinned? Look up steam valves, there are videos on the previous page. It sounds nothing at all like steam being released. Never had these people heard a sound like this before, and they live in that area. Unless this is the first time it's happened, ever. |

The people in the area wouldn't be alarmed I'm sure they test that valve often a pressure relief valve is pretty damn critical unless you want a huge explosion. I bet they test it at least once a month. Everyone from there would be familiar with that noise, but they aren't. |

User ID: 9887331 United States 06/02/2020 02:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | THIS is a safety valve that goes off when something malfunctions, thus the word safety. Does THIS sound like ANYTHING in THOSE videos? And it's originating from the Sky and there are TWO distinct sounds, a shrieking and a warbling. This must be the first time ever in the history of Texas A&M that something like that's happened? It's not run of the mill. It's like hearing a car and being like, "What's that?" If it's run of the mill, it would be something that's not of note. |

To everyone saying malfunctioning yada yada, THIS is a safety valve Does that sound at all like it? And what about the warbling, the link is on the previous page of another video where you can hear a warbling noise. Two different sound sources. |
