I hate having emotions

Having emotions, especially empathy and love, are what make you a spiritual human being with a heart.

Pack them away in the emotion closet.

You can pull them out later after all the dying gets done.

I agree with you but there are other emotions that are like, I really dont want to feel these

Emotions are a dead end. Useless and a waste of energy, they fog up survival.

Emotional reactions and releases are healthy and needed though. It is ways one's body lets go of stress and tension, and bottled up issues that have been bothering you.

It's like when a tea kettle can't contain the steam under the lid anymore, needs to be released.

Emotions are in the mammal part of the brain. Instead of viewing this world with your consciuosness there or in the 5 senses and your 2 eyes instead view it from your anja chakra / third eye.

You say emotions come from within. I'm not so sure about that.

The fight or flight survival complex comes from the reptilian brain, the brain stem.

That isn't an emotion.

Actually, you are correct. The two don't mix. But to get lost in the land of fairies (emotions) is a waste.
