The man shot was way way far away from the protests and also was just a guy that sold bbq everyday to people, gave police and emt’s free food and was just working. The national guard that was deployed here was a mix of trained guardsmen and non-combat guardsmen like administrators and office people that were given guns and watched a 5 minute video before going into the field. Andy Beshear.
