I've asked dozens of cops in the Tampa Bay area about Grady.

They all love him.

He has no desire to ascend any further than the position he now holds.

He's a bible-thumper and hugely anti-weed.

But he's the real deal.

His best interview,in my opinion came about 2007 or so.

I've searched for the audio,but I could never find it :

A dude smoked crack or meth(I forget which),then stripped naked and went for a swim.

He was attacked by a gator,and Grady was pissed that his officers had to risk their lives swimming out to the save the moron.
