I remember when they first shut down everything and thinking how strange it was, because at that point, 8 people had died. It seemed awfully extreme for such a low death rate.

The plastic partitions and tape on the floor went up almost immediately at the stores, which also seemed strange to me, because nothing ever happens here that quickly.

I can't even leave the house with my husband anymore. Men and women aren't allowed to go out on the same days. When people do go out, it's only for a 2-hour window depending on the last number of our ID. My 2-hour window is in the evening, so I haven't been out in the sunshine for the last 2 months.

Also, no one can go out on Sunday, so they're keeping people from going to church here too.

Here - not so much covid but full lock down, no outside except for meds and food shop 1 time a day (shops open 3 hrs) and on foot only as vehicle travel banned without a pass. Police/army checks every 1 km so screwed if not and i read today 1-6 months prison if caught with no pass!

Also - food prices have exploded here... everything fresh is 3 to 4 times the price 2 months ago as middlemen control the prices here and so the source is cheaper and end is high... With shops open til 11am only then no restock is drivin prices up plus no ciggies etc and what was the cheapest shitty cigs 3 months ago are now like gold..... I travel to dozens of shops to find and when i do i can buy only a few packs of the shittest ones for 2x money lol??

Well, I guess that you don't altogether deny the existence of such a virus? I had a first-hand encounter with it in late Dec.-early Jan and it was no joke, honestly. Much, much nastier than a flu.
