What this told me? The persistent rumors of Hanks as a pedophile gained some steam, and also there looked to be credible evidence suggesting one of our beloved actors could also be a murderer, or at least, someone threatening murder and blackmail.

Just watched the video the OP linked and this came to mind....
After Epstein's death there was a lot of talk in the media about Ghislaine Maxwell and where she was. Then a photo surfaced of her eating at an In and Out Burger place. It was her or her friend who posted it to social media. There was talk in the UK media from the Daily Mail that the photo was fake or photoshopped or something. I didn't pay much attention at the time but now after watching this video I wonder if she was sending out a message not to come after her because of all the things she knows. Using the burger chains name as a heads up to those in the know.
It was a weird photo for a billionaire club woman to post at a time when all eyes were on her wondering where she is. And note she still has never been brought in for police questioning despite being named as the Madame and procurer of young girls for Epstein.
