Police across the country should just have an informal "stand down" - let things go this summer - avoid interating with the criminal element as much as possible - take no unnecessary risks dealing with criminal Americans - take no risk of being charged by pandering politicians - take no risk of of intervening for the d..... ass others who the criminals will then prey on.
