The obvious question that doesn't get asked is why did the EMT not try to revive him. He was breathing just a few minutes before. If you get pulled out of a pool and aren't breathing paramedics perform CPR. They certainly dont touch the side of your neck for 1 second and trow you own a stretcher. Also the cops moved him on the stretcher as well as EMT. Usually cops let the paramedics handle the suspect especially if they are non responsive.//

I think the "mugshot" is an old file photo of the same guy maybe ten plus years ago.

Look closely at a few things like his prominent left nostril, the two lines between the eyes, etc.
