5. Why does the Police Car have a non-Municipal license plate with "Police" on it? 2 cars

Like, your partner is doing some questionable shit behind you, and there's a person holding a cell phone 5 feet in front, filming the whole thing, and he doesn't even acknowledge that the camera is there.

We've all seen videos of cops doing shit they shouldn't be, and usually you see one or many of them trying to stop people from filming, try to shoo the people away, etc.

The whole thing seems like one of those porn movies by professionals that use a cell phone to make it look like it's just regular people caught on camera.
