This format is not great, given the remote location of each party, they can be fed info via text message, computer screen, etc. during arguments and/or testimony which would not be possible in an actual court scenario. If they do get Mills and HRC to testify, it needs to be in person. Of course, nothing prevents a tiny ear implant so someone can whisper answers in their ears. Holy hell, some of the judges do seem to be biased against JW now. And she's grasping eventually at straws. At 1:08 this judge is implying that JW should give up because now it's the Trump administration and we should assume the Trump DOJ will do a proper search. The District Judge, Royce Lamberth, said Clinton and Mills DO have to testify, and Clinton's lawyers are appealing for an extraordinary override (Writ of Mandamus) by the Court of Appeals to strike down that order of Lamberth. .
