for better or worse, police are the backbone to society's morality and law and there is no hypothesis on what things would be like without them - we can look at real world examples.

All I have received from the police are fines. fines for this, fines for that.....

Not once have they "been there", when I needed them to "be there". and for the most part they treat you like trash or utter disregard.

The system is set up in such a way where constant 'enforcement' of Governmental 'law', and 'correction' is necessary to keep it all going, and this is primarily due to the amount victims that have been created by its practices. As pointed out, for thousands of years, there was no centralized Police, but a form of Community Policing and Law and Justice that worked just fine. This form of 'Community Policing' doesn't exclude the prospect of anomalous or violent behavior, but it was minimized due to the fact that a true Community has a different form of equality than the Society that we know today.

The Government decides what's legal or not, no matter how morally ambiguous, and then the cops enforce that to the letter.

They destroy just as many lives as they help, and that's a fact.

In the Communities of ancient that practiced 'Community Policing' do you think they would allowed someone to exploit the women of the Community for Pornographic or Sexual purposes, while also being fully protected by the Community Police from the fathers/brothers/husbands of those women, in order to continue doing it?

In order for the elite to run the morally ambiguous operations that they do, the current form of 'Law Enforcement' is absolutely necessary, or most of their businesses would be destroyed, and they'd likely even be killed.

I talked to one the other day outside Wal-Mart. He was nice, but I’d never contact the police for any reason other than a dire emergency much less thank them.

He didn't state an opinion, he stated a personal experience, plus a description of their behavior.

There are NO good cops, stop deluding yourself. Anyone with even a degree of decency would never become a pig for the state.

So, we can pretend that they are not bullies with guns and they are there to "serve and protect". I am not saying all LEOs are abusive (for a myriad of reasons) but it clearly is more than "one bad apple". Its systematic, insidious and clearly designed to be self-serving.

I'm english, and I've visited the USA many times. I have to say american cops are very rude and aggresive. One of the things all english kids growing up are told "if you're in trouble, ask a policeman for help". Once we were in New York and got lost, so I asked a cop for directions. His reply to me,with my girlfriend by my side, was "buy a fucking map".
