My first day some black kid came up to me and took the lock to my locker and tried to fuck with me. I made the guy laugh and he gave my lock back and told me if I ever had problems just say I know him. He was about the toughest kid in school and I had zero problems. He kind of forced me into making a bet with him during the Vikings/Raiders Super Bowl. We lived in MN and he gave me the Vikings (which I wanted) and he got the Raiders. If the Vikings won the toughest black kid in school had to tie my shoes any time I asked him. If the Raiders won I had to put mustard and ketchup on his hamburger at lunch if he got a hamburger. Raiders won. I had to be his ketchup bitch. First time I did it his whole table cracked up because I always do this swirl pattern. I got along with pretty much everybody. They have had this garbage marketed to them by Hollywood and the music industry. Everything is destructive. Demean women, glorify drugs, gangs and violence. It's done a shit load of damage, but to me that is the real problem that needs to be addressed. They demand reparations, but OK if you do that then what happens in 10 years when they want it again? Fuck that. I'm not responsible for shit that happened 200 years ago. I'm not going to take any responsibility. I don't get any fucking privilege. I live in the world that exists. What do you think he would feel like if he knew this is what you really thought? I agree Hollywood has harmed many things. Mainly our idea that our individualism is more important than the Golden Rule. I can look at the younger generation and say young black, white, Hispanic, Asian, and pretty much most youths don't have a lot of respect for anyone. It is not a race thing but a way we choose to teach our children things. I agree reparations are not the way to go, but the class disparity needs to be addressed somehow, police brutality needs to be addressed, hell, look at how disrespectful of a leader we choose. Black Americans have embraced a dystopian culture of gangs, drugs, violence, hatred for the police and now constant whining about how oppressed they area because Tyrone isn't an engineer. Black people have embraced a lifestyle of death and hatred. Black culture is dysfunctional. That is what needs to change, not the rest of the fucking world.
