The trial of the 4 Minneapolis police officers. Not Guilty on all charges.
During the trial I believe that the evidence, FACTS, will show that:

- The suspect was being arrest on valid charges after being called to the scene.
- At the beginning of the arrest the four officers treated the suspect in a civil manner and had a nonchalant attitude to the whole arrest. This showed that the officers did not have a preconceived bias towards the suspect.
- The suspect, a large and strong individual, was showing signs of being on drugs and was becoming agitated and unmanageable.
- The suspect was put in the back of the patrol car but a struggle ensued where the suspect tried to exit the vehicle. This caused the officers to forcefully restrain the suspect to reapply the cuffs and wait for backup support to arrive so they could more safely transfer the suspect.
- The restraining technique used by the four officers is used by many departments across the nation, frequently, and without incident. It does not cause asphyxiation.
- The autopsy report confirms the drugs in his system and that he had preexisting conditions that caused his heart attack during a stressful situation.
- The suspect is the one responsible for escalating the violence at each stage of the arrest, causing the -officers to respond in kind to complete the arrest.
- People die every day of heart attacks from preexisting conditions, their life choices, and just because you’re the last one in their presence when it happens doesn’t mean you’re responsible for their death.
- The surrounding crowd around the officers was confrontational and were a great distraction to the officers, and may have prevented the officers from paying more attention to the suspects condition.

Summary:
This was a valid arrest that started very easygoing but was escalated by the suspect who was on drugs.
The suspect escalated the violence and had to be forcible restrained using an approved technique that does not cause asphyxiation.
The suspect had a preexisting condition that caused the heart attack under stress, which the suspect and his drugs were responsible for.
“Not Guilty” on all charges.

Nah they'll all be found guilty because the government doesn't want to deal with more riots.

Moreover, the blacks on the jury will NEVER agree to “not guilty”, and the MSM would report the whole trial was racially biased against blacks.

As much as I would love to see a “not guilty” verdict, there is no way in hell it will happen, despite the facts of the case.

Yes, but it is up to the jurors.
I am concerned that the jurors may be pressured to return guilty verdicts based upon emotional pleas to help heal the nation and to stop the violence. To appease BLM groups.
I am opposed to this appeasement as it ignores the rights of the individual on trial.

I’ve always wondered, for a trial of such magnitude, how do they find jurors who are legitimately “impartial” to all of this and ignorant to all that’s going on. Look for people who don’t turn on the tv or go outside?

The facts of the case are a man WALKED into a situation with the police and was carried out in a bodybag over a counterfeit $20 dollar bill.

I would show the video to the jurors and it would wrap up the case.

Same thing happened here in detroit back in the 1980s with Malice Green. A crackhead wrestles with Larry Nevers and Walter Budsen ( detroit cops ) when he gets stiff when he tries to go for an officers gun. The usual outrage among the Africans and the 2 cops were railroaded by a kangaroo court with handpicked jurors. They were innocent but did time in order to calm the public

Well, can you justify a not guilty verdict if they just shot him dead after being handcuffed? Because you're almost there anyhow.

Did you see any of the officers pull a gun at any time during the arrest? I don’t remember actually but I doubt it.
I do remember the one officer had to pull his mace when the crowd started to get rowdy. This distracted him from watching the suspect. Two officers had to watch the crowd instead of the suspect.

This premise does not take into account the cop is/was a psyop operator and most likey he will either "commit suicide" or "disappear" to be replaced with a patsy.

If it is true he was involved with other FF's then it is reasonable to assume he might be protected as an asset.

Most police departments in the U.S. don't allow neck restraints, said Andrew Scott, an expert witness on the use of force and former police chief of Boca Raton, Florida.

Minneapolis does. Its manual allows "compressing one or both sides of a person’s neck with an arm or leg without applying direct pressure to the trachea or airway."

That's allowed in order to control someone with "light to moderate pressure" or "with the intention of rendering the person unconscious by applying adequate pressure." The latter act is authorized only to protect officer lives with a suspect who is "actively aggressive" and cannot be controlled by lesser methods.

The Minnesota Professional Peace Officer Education System said in a statement Wednesday that the tactics seen in the video "do not appear to reflect the training that students receive."

I've been telling dear wife, who is caught up in the propaganda, that it will be difficult to convict these officers and that it might not even be the strategy of Keith Ellison to gain a conviction. He probably wants a not guilty from the jury to get a larger reaction from the rioters.

Why didn't they just head to the station? They move from place to car and car to car. But the final 8 minutes regardless, why didn't someone say listen you need get off him? The whole thing reminds me of the Opie scene in SOA. To this day i wonder if some code exists in a lot more interactions in society. Like was somebody given up and then someone was assigned task of doing it in public. Blackmailed or threatened? The whole thing is bizarre.

Someone did say get off him, at least one of the four officers voiced this. The veteran officer made a decision to keep the pressure on. That's his call and he will have to answer for that but frankly, Mr. Floyd did not act in a manner that the officers could just ignore.

I wonder if some of you know how trials work. They will tried among 12 of their peers. A jury can come back with guilty or not guilty it is unpredictable sometimes what they will do depending on the people that are chosen.
