What if the West are working with China to take out the ethnics, 2nd wave spread by the riots

First wave is just a test to make sure it takes out twice as many from the BAME community.

Second wave is the real deal. Kills 10% of the incumbent population but most of the BAME.

The riots and protests are a perfect way to spread the 2nd strain into the black community. We will see if they start dropping in 2-3 weeks.

Both the civil unrest and virus lead to the same thing - tracking of all citizens by their mobile phone. Lockdowns to certain zones depending on the citizen score.
