In elementary school, in 1st grade gym class, starting in 1970, our gym teacher would make us do these exercises TO THIS RECORD every single gym class. I only recently thought of it again and, like everything, it's on youtube. Thought I'd share. Wondered if anyone else remembered it. It was motivating. I need to do these again. |

You likely barely bend your elbows and think you're a stud... When I was in the military, I could kick out over 100 under 2 minutes, during our twice yearly test, a lot of guys could, it was no big deal, those were proper push-ups no the kind where you just push your head down and back up LOL! |

That is jack for lifters and nobody messed with me in my late 20's. A little goes a long way. |
