*Edit - I should state I could before they shut my gym down. I'll have a go and see how many I can pump out in the morning, I have put some fat on and lost muscle, so it won't be near that - but hopefully I can get 50+

3 sets of 30 pushups, 2 sets of 50 situps and 2 sets of 10 pullups a day. Will get you a cut shape with impressive cardio. Anyone with drive and constant effort can get to these numbers and maintain them. You don't need a gym.

start slow and build up to 100 pushups a day or you will jack your rotator cuffs if you are older. Then a month of pain..just ramp up 10 pushups a day more every 2 weeks..
