You likely barely bend your elbows and think you're a stud... When I was in the military, I could kick out over 100 under 2 minutes, during our twice yearly test, a lot of guys could, it was no big deal, those were proper push-ups no the kind where you just push your head down and back up LOL! I never saw a single person do more than 88 proper pushups in two minutes. 22-years army what a bunch of make believe retards there are on this site |

Anyone with drive and constant effort can get to these numbers and maintain them. You don't need a gym. |
