I'll have a go and see how many I can pump out in the morning, I have put some fat on and lost muscle, so it won't be near that - but hopefully I can get 50+ If you spent as much time learning basic Math as you do patting yourself on the back, you would be able to figure out that OP is probably about 57 or 58 yrs old. 10 push-ups every day for an almost 60 yr old, is pretty good. Leave OP alone. They were trying to do something nice and helpful for the community here. |

I see people age horrible and need wheelchairs in their 50s sometimes it's sad. |

I had a rope I hung from a huge long needle pine branch in the back yard about 50 ft high. Always climbed it a few times a day. (Without using my feet). Hundreds of pushups and situps a day. Basically, 1 a second during all TV commercials. And I walked back and forth to school. We were on a mountain and the school was in the valley, so just a bit of a thigh workout. Then played football or baseball every free minute I wasn't studying. The lawn mower was a manual push type. no engine. You were the engine. Women would swoon when I walked by, or somehow manage to get in my way and block me in an aisle.
