From what I understand the dead puppy was originally stolen from a rescue place. The dead puppy was actually being rehabilitated before being strangled to death and later found dead. I wonder how much longer before we start seeing dead infants and toddlers start littering the streets now.

kinda makes sense because the NWO will first take away all dogs and horses for they are man's best friend. A dog will kill to protect and horses take men into war
