hmmm, that's weird...here in my small community we respect the police and they actually pretend to serve the public. They are friendly and kind from all of my interactions. I have never had any friends or family complain about law enforcement outside of complaining about a revenue speed trap.

maybe the situation is completely dependent on location. Now I wonder what could cause such a rotten view of police in one area compared to another?

Our common ground with protestors should be:
the GOVERNMENT has too much power, plain and simple.
