There were many journalists who reported on the Siege of Adrianople; their accounts provide rich details about it.

The Battle of Lule Burgas was a battle between the Kingdom of Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire and was the bloodiest battle of the First Balkan War. The battle took place from 28 October to 2 November 1912. The outnumbered Bulgarian forces made the Ottomans retreat to Çatalca line, 30 km from the Ottoman capital Constantinople.

The Bulgarians continued to push the Ottomans on the entire front. The 6th division managed to breach the Ottoman lines on the right flank. After another two days of fierce combat, the Ottoman defence collapsed and on the night of 2 November the Ottoman forces began a full retreat along the entire frontline.

Greek army considering its size is one of the most modern equipped and best trained in Europe. Its not stronger then Turksih army but it would be an equal adversary.

In case of Turkish-Greek war, Greece wouldn't even need Russian help. Turkey right now is involved in two wars, Lybian and Syrian. Both of these wars costs billions of euros. Turkish economy is taking huge hits in last couple of years cause of it. Opening third front with Greece would mean bankruptcy. But to mention again Russian help, like I said, people forget that Greeks are as close in alliance with Serbs as they are with Russians. Ten million strong Serbian nation would prob be enough to counter economically weak Turkey. Then the Kurds would open fourth front inside Turkish country that would end dream of ottoman empire.

Greece has actually got a pretty powerful army by European standards,they would be no push over the Turks and their mountainous terrain and scattered islands make for good defensive positions.

We are waiting for their big mistake.. Greece is more ready than ever before to face any threat! Turkey is actually very easy opponent for us. Greece will not need any help from other friendly countries.

Quietly on the sidelines is Egypt and Turkey's military rival Saudi Arabia. Turkey in particular seems to want Syrian and Libyan oil fields, whereas the Saudis would obviously prefer that those oil fields remain unproductive, given world oversupply concerns.
