There are many people between the out skirts of San Antonio and Schertz that have built up a nice place for businesses to run. They often get big tax breaks for the first few years.
We have a Levi jeans company that is doing very well with good worker reviews, a local Amazon warehouse that's doing well if they wouldn't treat their employees like slaves.

The people in these areas want to work and are mostly White or Hispanic, even the Hispanics work good here.

Don't open any businesses in Converse though, they are too liberal minded, tax crazy and fairly corrupt. Universal city, Live oak city, Schertz are great smaller cities.

Stay away from Kirby too, it's been going dark and poor for too long.

No one can operate in environment like the one that has been created in New York City or Minneapolis. Stay away from Democrat run areas because Democrats are really communists now and hate capitalism and free enterprise and independently run businesses and will tax and regulate them to death and if that don't work they will have them looted and burned down to the ground in the next riots. Oh and for all the democrats that are about to flee to Republican run areas, don't make the same mistake again by voting Democrat and turning Republican areas into Democrat shit holes.
