Precisely. COVID-19 is still a virus and is going to spread and behave the same way any other virus does. The only things that make it different are that it is highly infectious and rapidly lethal for a subset of the population that catch it and get seriously ill.

Think of all the people who manage to spread the common cold or flu before they themselves get any symptoms.

I’ve been seeing news articles that say the WHO are retracting their earlier statement that asymptomatic transmission is rare.

Lordy. First they said it lived on surfaces for 9 days! Steel for NINE days! They told ya it lived on boxes and mail for 24 hours. They walk that back. 1. Why does it say "currently accepted"? That means there are other theories on what actually causes cold symptoms aka not from an invisible virus.
