Racial attacks are almost non existent here, we have a very small black population that has integrated well..I have never heard any racism towards people of colour from anyone, or never witnessed it in public.. this is just too coincidental with what's going on in the US... We are a peaceful society and I feel dark forces are trying to divide us....

What is needed is the IRA to come bashing down doors in the middle of the night and start dragging these people away for a chat. That'll soon put an end to street attacks ;)

My nephew posted a comment on Facebook on a Tucker Carlson commentary during the riots. I also made a comment. It was nothing bad, just saying how wrong it was to take anger out on innocent people. I must have used some trigger words to draw attention to myself, because Facebook flooded my feed with hundreds of ads. I cleaned them off, but my Facebook feed had been wiped. They allowed it to start filling up again as friends made new posts, but then they began spamming me with counterfeit ads for name-brand products. One was for Brooks Shoes Outlet, and they were selling Brooks Shoes for $25. The website looked real. I went to order a pair and BOA cancelled the order. I called them and they said they had been having a number of people ordering name brand products from name brand companies recently, and it was a scam. All the money was going to some company in Singapore. I also called Brooks and they thanked me profusely and said they would make sure it was taken down.

Out of curiosity, I posted to my feed a copy of the Officer Tatum video where he condemns the riots. It was caught by FB in precisely 3 minutes and they wiped my page clean again. One person saw it before they wiped my page, and no-one else after did even though it is clearly still on my wall (I checked w/a couple of friends to have them look for it). So then, 3 hours later, my feed was still completely blank and I mentioned what had happened to my sister on Instant Messaging. Low and behold, at that precise moment, Facebook let my feed begin to fill up again (but they are allowing only about 4-5 posts at a time and then they clean them off).

This tells me that Facebook is 1) monitoring and wiping feeds from people when they offer disagreement (not even anything against their rules) and hiding posts; 2) knowingly throwing spam and illegal spam counterfeit ads at people; 3) monitoring Instant Messaging.
