Would you sell your house and build right now?

I am thinking of selling my house and moving onto some land and building.

Process takes about 12 months.

Do you think this is a smart move? I have excellent credit, $200k year income and will take well north of $100k in equity from this home to the new land/home.

What do you think? Think there will be money to loan in 12-16 months?

I really don't want to be in the neighborhoods for the coming race war.
