In the control, they opened up the hind leg joint and scrapped off all the Hylan Cartilage and sewed it back up. They then immobilized it. In the experiment they did the same thing only this time they put the joint into continuous passive range of motion on a machine. At the end of six weeks the control joint that was immobilized was reclaimed by the body while the joint that was in motion was completely regenerated. Conclusion: Motion is the key to joint regeneration since the synovial membrane passively absorbs and secretes synovial fluid necessary to the restoration of the cartilaginous endplates. The body adapts according to the body's demands for motion. |

You will never be 100% So find your limits and rehabilitate SLOW. Ever see those 90 yr old Chinese peeps? They walk a 5k slowly everyday, and they focus on mobility and proper posture, they will outlive every CrossFit MF alive today. Always remember these words: Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty! That is the Turtle Hermit way! We must master the art of peace in addition to the art of war! |

Vigilantes need love too.... User ID: 72715998 United States 06/11/2020 03:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've had SO MANY knee surgeries.... You GOT THIS! Reconstruction at the age of 11... (First kid on my block to jump a car on my bike...(Circa, 1977) Then, there was football, (Meniscus and MCL/ACL Tear in highschool... Early '80s) The motorcycle accident of '86! (That was fucked... Not only screwed up my knee again but FUCKED up my low back.) Then came real life.... (Most of it I refrain from talking about but, there was that ski injury in '96 that resulted in a COMPLETE tear of my ACL) Which brings me to my point of replying... Very painful yet, fully recoverable. I never got the ACL repaired after the ski accident. Just exercised and trained the muscles around the ligament to take up the slack. Long story short? In 2011 I took a fall while serving and completely DESTROYED the knee. I hobbled on it for a full year while in service and had some clean outs.... I'm since retired and the knee hurts but, you know me. I can't complain. One of these days... A *REAL* rain is gonna come and wash all this scum off the streets. |

If they did their job, your job is to stretch the new part to adequate length... If they didnt, its all about muscular stabilisation. Balance Plate training would be the route i would pick... Just look up ACL balance plate training on youtube... Seems their servers are down right now. |
