This appears to be a case of "driving while being black." Issuing him a written warning at the end was adding insult to injury. He probably would have been tased (or worse) if he had been doing 5 miles over the speed limit. [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] I've been pulled over for going to slow and I know plenty of other people who have as well. If it's because I'm black, somebody should probably tell my parents and dig up multiple generations of my family going to back to when they came here from Scotland. It can legally be considered a hazard, it ties up traffic and blocks emergency vehicles. Cops also tend to find it suspicious when you slow down because you see them if you weren't speeding in the first place. Nice race baiting though.  So what is the range that you are allowed to drive and deviate from that when there are judgement calls to make 5 mph- 10mph. It means that you must drive in a 55mph you must drive 50-55 legally. Any deviation and you are breaking the law making criminals out of all of us. Next we allow cops to use their discretion when enforcing the law so they can use it to cherry pick blacks. See how this game works. Make them all criminals and then go after blacks only. Because we are. In the eyes of the police: we are all criminals
