This appears to be a case of "driving while being black." Issuing him a written warning at the end was adding insult to injury. He probably would have been tased (or worse) if he had been doing 5 miles over the speed limit. [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Was told by a military policeman back in the day that 5 under is probable cause for intoxicated driving. The officer was just doing his job.
