I knew of a person who got a ticket for driving too slow on the highway because it is called "creating a situation", meaning you're likely to trigger an accident. 65 in a 70 is not too slow. This. 65 is perfectly acceptable especially if traffic isn't heavy or during rush hour. Too slow and suspicious would be like 45-50 mph or under. |
