Heavily mentioning relying on the judge to nullify governors orders based on the governor not having authority to make such laws for longer than 60 days and breaking the constitutional and state right to interstate travel

Plus, Hawaii is going through a complete reset. Diversification of the economy without dependence on tourism alone. This NEEDS to happen.

Besides tourism, sugar, pineapple, fish, some manufacturing and small businesses, the University of HI, etc what's HI economic base? Medical care for retirees? Ocean related sports? High end drug & alcohol rehab facilities? Spa resorts?

Original settlers of HI have been proven to be arrivals from other islands like Polynesia via small boats. Of course many had darker skin but they weren't African any more than the Maori are "Black."
