Hit some hard times in this economic downturn

I actually told the state exactly this..

I have kids that I'm raising and therefore I have other people to consider.

I am not moving to a black ghetto zip code in Philadelphia just because I hit hard times..
And put my kid though that.

I am getting housing choice vouchers and paying my rent right here where im at with those, and an Ebt card, medicaid, and a job at a mc donalds in my zip code..

I'm not living amongst people that I don't belong with, just because my pockets got shallow.
