I know people that were too drunk to drive that got arrested for sleeping in a parking lot in the driver's seat. Cops can't just let this guy "Sleep it off" becasue they don't know if he is going to actually do it, or drive home. If he drives home and kills someone, then people will be bitching that it was the cop's fault. |

HE WAS ASLEEP PARKED IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. OTHER CARS HAD TO DRIVE AROUND THEM. Like he was nodding off on opiates or passed out on booze.
