NOT EVERYONE CAN SEE YOUR ADS ON CRAIG"S LIST!!! whenever i was giving something away or trying to sell something at great price, NO RESPONSES. the ONLY RESPONSES i would get are the nigerian/african scammers. apparently the banks cash their phony checks and leave YOU holding the bag. the banks are in on it. The Attorney Generals are in on it, that's why they are so incredibly bold, these people have ZERO fear of being caught, just like antifa. but I'm warning you, the HOUSING MARKET is the real set up. they are gearing up to FLEECE YOU white people. that's what these riots are about. 20% of Minneapolis real estate went up for sale in past 7 days. guess what they'll do once the real estate prices hit rock bottom?? BUY BUY BUY Up the whole goddamn city for pennies. then they'll use the super surveillance state so you're terrified to so much as jay walk in that area, once THEY own it Who the hell tries to sell their property on Craigslist? I wouldn't respond either Try calling a realtor or pay someone to get it listed on the MLS - most, in fact, the vast majority of people won't look at a place that isn't listed on the MLS. And Minneapolis is a shithole now - nobody wants to live somewhere that is the experiment to see what happens when there's no cops. People selling their houses are the intelligent people. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78090287 They've driven the price so high now, homeless slaves is the future. but they are driving prices down down down in Minneapolis but that's not gonna be enough they're gonna need to tank real estate prices in the suburbs. try getting in this way of this globalist operation and you'll be crushed |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 27391673 United States 06/14/2020 05:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Real estate family. My mother narrowly escaped prison on a RE schene in the 70s. Where a property already sold was attempted to be sold to a second unsuspecting party. She had great connectioms snd claimed her associates had mislead her. Two or three others got long prison terms. I heard much much other RE scams and corruption and after getting licenced decided i was too ‘straight’ and honest to take the profession up. |

If you want a nice home with a yard that isn’t in bumfuck nowhere, you are going to have to work a significant portion of your life to pay it off. That simple, they want you working full time and putting your money into a home, not creating a business or investing in a business. If you choose bumfuck nowhere good luck attracting a mate or living a halfway decent life |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 78897094 United States 06/14/2020 06:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yup. You buy at premium price, then they fuck up the neighborhood and arm twist you into selling low. And so fucking what if your houses' "value doubled", you still have to pay double to get into the next one. But the upshot is that if you overpaid in the first place you're are a chump and deserve what you get. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 79015197 United States 06/14/2020 10:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Bingo. I don't care what my house is worth anymore because I own it. If I want to move I probably won't be downgrading, so I'll be trading my home for another more or less, which I can do regardless of its value. The only thing increased property value means for me is increased theft by the state government |
