NEVER even mention their special protected status. Show no sign you have anything against them being trans or whatever. Just gather evidence of their lousy job performance until you have enough of it to get rid of them.

I would not be at all surprised. To me it looks like a step on that direction. If you are protecting people on the basis of THEIR SEXUAL PREFERENCE....then how many years behind this decision is another one protecting those who just happen to "love" children? They can't help it, right? And if they do their jobs....why should they be discriminated against?

Perhaps this decision could even be used in that direction. If a gay man has sex with minors, as many actually do (teenagers). he might bring a suit saying that he is being fired for his sexual preference and not because of the minor aspect. AND he might be able to make that stick.

This is a TERRIBLE decision, one that will have a very bad effect on this country, and so few seem to be interested here on the site. Astounding.

This is a BIG PROBLEM especially with the transgenders. Now they have FEDERAL PROTECTION FROM DISCRIMINATION. You all know what that means.

And GORSUCH ruled for this. I'm surprised Kavanaugh didn't.

This isn't about discriminating against gays. This is about giving special treatment to certain people. It will be nearly impossible to fire a bad employee who happens to be gay. I can just see it now. the gay guy never shows up to work and when he does his work is sub par. The employer lets him go and the MSM is on the war path 24/7. No matter how bad the employees are the employers will be afraid of having his business ruined with all the bad press.
