Could be... I posted that immediately after the lock down pandemic started. They were putting boxes about 12 14 feet up on poles all across an area 30 miles around me. I was only driving by and for sure saw many new boxes. I was driving to get out of the house. Literally everywhere. But at the same time during spring they clear lines and do routine maintenance. So not offical. I would love to hear some shit from a line worker about this.
