I was on my way home from a seminar at about 3:00 A.M. and decided to see what kind of balls the car had. Got up to around 135 MPH before the engine sputtered and kept sputtering every time I tried to go past 135 MPH before I figured out it was governed to do no more than 135. Kind of a letdown, as that is the second fastest speed I've done in a car. |

So by this logic, I could take an assualt rifle, and unload clip after clip of shells into a crowd, just as long as I don't hit anyone? I could set fire to half a city, just as long as nobody is in any of the burning buildings? I'm not saying that laws are all just, but what I am saying is that people should use some common sense. If people would just think before they act, maybe we wouldn't need so many ridiculous laws. But the problem is, there are too many idiots out there. What if somebody were to pull out in front of this guy, not realizing that he was going so fast? What if a child suddenly ran out in the road chasing after a ball? There is just too much room for possible outcomes when you do things like this. The man is damn lucky he didn't have anything happen that would be worse than jail time and a speeding ticket. |

It still kept going but my wife was starting to bitch me out so I had to slow back down to 140km/h. That's the good thing about flat straight roads on the prairies. No governor on that unit. It's fast but still it only gets 6 miles per gallon. |
