The UN might come in at some point... but the subversion of America, from inside and outside, has been happening for decades.

Most of the problems for America (and the West in general) are due to traitors in government and (((agendas))) that ruin our families and youth.

I doubt China or Russia will play any roll. And to be honest, both would have been great (helpful) allies if the US hadn't treated them so poorly.
