Best ways to combat jet lag?
My sleep schedule has been shifting around and I'm a jet lagged zombie.

I have to go to work soon so I was wondering if anyone has some good cures for jet lag.

I just drank some propel which has a bunch of B vitamins. Then I'm going to slam some coffee in a bit.

Any other ideas?

When I take a red eye flight, a long walk, fresh air and sunlight seem to help a lot. I force myself to stay awake until a reasonable bed time in that time zone. Also, good hydration.

I generally don't like taking pills but when I wake up at the 'wrong' time for the time zone I was in, half a sleeping pill to help me get back to sleep did the trick to help me shift into the right schedule.

Thanks for the tips!

I have some sun shining on me right now. But I don't have the option for a walk at the moment.

I was thinking that if I ate anything it would knock me out so I was avoiding that. But I just ate a little bit of chips and salsa and I feel a lot better now.

I'm constantly hydrating..

Any other ideas to get me through the next 10 hours would be great!
