I’ve spent several years dealing with these types. They are often homeless, many call themselves rail riders. I handled a case once in which a group turned on one and beat him almost to death for allegedly touching one of their girlfriends. They left the guy for dead with several broken bones. They have their own code of sorts. They want anarchy but rely on handouts from working people.

You often find them with a dog or in a group of two or three. They do drugs and drink heavily. They are becoming more and more violent as time goes on. These people do not care for change to make you better or safer. They believe the end will come at some point and they will rule in a state of anarchy. The ICP (insane clown posse) idolize the symbol of a guy running around with a hatchet to randomly hatchet people when the anarchy arrives. They believe we are all clowns and god is a ringleader of the clown show on earth. It’s some weird shit that crosses between a religion and gang lifestyle. I put one away for 15 years for almost killing the idiot I mentioned above. There’s no reasoning with them, no appeasing them. I recommend a severe police response. A coordinated effort. They have seized on the BLM movement as protection to give them a sense of untouchability. They will not go away. Many of them ride till they die with their lifestyle. They will not tire but will gather strength. Take them down now before this grows in every major city.
